About Us
Joyce B. Horvath - CEO
Joyce began her career at Panduit
Corporation, Tinley Park, Illinois, in General
Accounting. While progressing in her job she
attended night school and received a Masters
Degree of Business in 1985 from Illinois
Benedictine University, Lisle, Illinois.
In 1991 she was promoted to Division
Controller of a manufacturing division of
Panduit Corp. During this time she developed
a keen interest and understanding of
manufacturing environments. In 2004 she left
Panduit to start a career in consulting with
Resources Global, Chicago, Illinois. She
worked as a consultant with various Fortune
500 Companies.
Since retiring in January, 2011, she has
devoted her time and energy to grow Zeta
Manufacturing Company.
Ben L. Zajeski - President
Ben graduated Purdue University with a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering in
2009 and started working at ZETA
Engineering Company as a Project Engineer.
Before coming to Zeta Engineering Company,
he worked 3 years at Roche Diagnostics as a
Pilot Engineer verifying new machines
entering the production area.
In 2015 he became President of ZETA
Manufacturing Company overseeing the Sales,
Marketing, and Manufacturing of our product
GRIP&SHOOT.
Robert B. Zajeski - V.P.
Engineering
In 1974 Robert received a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Aerospace Engineering and a
Masters Degree in Business Administration in
1982. He is a Registered Professional
Engineer in Illinois and a Private Pilot.
Early in his career he worked in the Power
Generation field for companies such as
General Electric, Gulf & Western, and UOP. In
1979 he began working for Panduit
Corporation as a Project Engineer. For 4 years
this position led him through the various
stages of Product Development. He then was
promoted to CAD/CAM Manager and
implemented Panduit's first CAD/CAM system,
Unigraphics.
In 1988, as Manager of Manufacturing
Technology, he came across
Stereolithography. Realizing a potential
market for a Rapid Prototyping Service using
Stereolithography, he founded ProtoTech
Engineering, Inc.
ProtoTech Engineering, Inc. was one of the
first Rapid Prototyping Service Bureaus to
combine secondary processes with
Stereolithography by offering in-house
Silicone Rubber Molding, Spray Metal Molds,
Epoxy Molds, and Short-Run Metal Molds.
